Our aims and objectives are:
- To provide high quality, safe and equitable Primary Health Care for our patients.
- To improve access for our patients to Primary Health Care services, working as part of a cohesive Primary Health Care Team with our patients, their families and carers and the wider local health community.
- To show care and respect in all our dealings with our colleagues, patients, their families and carers and to expect the same in return.
- To be a learning organisation where staff are appropriately trained and supported to deliver high quality care to patients, and given the opportunities to develop to their full potential.
- To embrace innovation where it is likely to enhance patient care or experience, or improve our service.
- To fully engage with feedback from our patients about our services or their experiences through an active Patient Participation Group, patient surveys and national monitoring reports and to continue to make improvements.
