Patients aged between 40 to 74 years old are eligible for a free NHS Health Check every 5 years.

The NHS Health Check looks specifically for risk factors of heart disease and stroke, and involves a blood test, a weight check, a blood pressure check and a few health questions, please visit the NHS website for more information.
